- XRP is approaching a demand zone, but liquidity below raises concerns
- A liquidity grab could trigger a strong move—watch for structure shifts
- Price remains unpredictable—traders should wait for confirmation
In the last XRP analysis, we saw how XRP was stuck in an in-between zone, with liquidity both above and below.
We expected a possible drop after a liquidity grab on the upside. But what happened next?
If we take a look at the M15 timeframe, XRP moved up, took liquidity above, and left more liquidity below.
But something interesting happened—it didn’t fully reach the supply zone we marked. And here’s the kicker: the second high didn’t break the first one. That tells me one thing—there’s still liquidity left above.
Liquidity in Trading: Why It Matters for XRP Price Prediction
Before diving deeper, let’s talk about liquidity—a crucial concept in trading.
Liquidity is essentially the pool of orders waiting to be filled. Big players, market makers, and institutions hunt for this liquidity to execute their trades efficiently.
When the price moves towards a liquidity zone, it’s often a sign that those orders are getting filled, causing sharp reactions in price.
For XRP, this means that when liquidity sits above and below, price is likely to move toward these areas before making a decisive move. And that’s exactly what we’re seeing now.
XRP Analysis: Will the Demand Zone Hold or Break?
Right now, XRP is approaching a demand zone. But here’s the thing—I don’t fully trust it. Why?
Because there’s fresh liquidity sitting just below. If price wants to grab that liquidity, it could easily break through this demand and react at the lower demand zone instead.
So, what’s the best move here?
My Trading Plan: Waiting for a Liquidity Grab
Personally, I’d wait.
Instead of jumping in blindly, I’d look for a clear liquidity grab from either side. If price takes out liquidity above, I’d target the liquidity below—and vice versa.
But I wouldn’t enter immediately. Instead, I’d wait for a change in structure on lower timeframes to confirm the move.
Remember, nothing in trading is 100% certain. The market can be unpredictable, and price might do the unexpected. What I’ve outlined are possible XRP price prediction scenarios—not guarantees.
What do you think? Will XRP hold this demand zone, or will we see a break lower before any bounce?
