- Solana tapped a demand zone and reacted as expected
- Liquidity above & below must be considered before the next move
- Watching for lower timeframe structure shifts for confirmation
Last time, we marked a demand zone where Solana could react and push higher to grab the liquidity left above. That’s exactly what we discussed in the January 29 article:
“Zooming into the M15 timeframe, we can spot a solid demand zone where buyers could step in.”
And well, do I even need to explain what happened? Just look at the chart. Solana respected the demand beautifully and made its move.
But now comes the real question… what’s next?
Solana Analysis: Where Could Price Go Now?
Right now, I’d like to see a buy opportunity at one of these two demand zones, but I’m not just jumping in blindly.
What are the conditions for a solid buy setup?
- Solana should leave liquidity above to take later
- It should also leave liquidity below before reaching demand
Why? Because this is exactly what happened the last time Solana reacted off demand. The market loves grabbing liquidity before making its real move.
Solana Price Prediction: Potential Scenarios
- If Solana sweeps liquidity below first and then taps demand with a clean reaction → I’d look for buy confirmations
- If Solana leaves liquidity above and pushes up without taking liquidity below → I’d be cautious. It could trap buyers and reverse
- If the demand fails and price breaks lower → We could see a deeper move into the next major demand.
Final Thoughts: A Game of Probabilities
There’s no 100% certainty in trading. The market moves as it wants, and all we can do is prepare for different scenarios.
Right now, my plan? Wait for a liquidity grab on one side and target the opposite side next. A clean break of structure on lower timeframes could be the final confirmation.
So, what do you think? Will Solana respect demand again, or is a deeper retracement on the way?
